Edenham Regional House is a spacious Georgian rectory with a large wooded garden located right next door to the parish Church. We are situated on the A151, 3 miles from Bourne, 12 miles from Stamford and 9 miles from the A1.

We have four bedrooms on the second floor of the house and one kitchen/dining area for those who are self catering. Two of the bedrooms (one twin and one single) are fully ensuite having toilet, washbasin and shower. Two bedrooms (one twin, one single) are ensuite having toilet and washbasin. There is a separate shower room and bathroom. We also have the Coach House which is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.
The kitchen/dining area enables our guests to be self-catered if required but we can supply breakfast.

The Coach House (Wheelchair accessible)
The Coach House provides ensuite accommodation (twin-bedded) on the ground floor adjacent to the Chapel. This adapted for wheel chair users and it consists of twin beds, a kitchenette and a wet room.
